Rates for 2004/05.
Dec. 4th-April 30th...$3440.00 pcm

May 1st-July 17th.....$2800.00 pcm
July 17th-Sept. 4th...$3440.00 pcm
Sept 4th-Dec. 4th.....$2800.00 pcm
These are fully inclusive rates and cover your rental, Florida sales tax @ 6%, County tourist tax @ 3%, Falling Waters Association Fee @ $50.00 and cleaning and linen fee @ $120.00
We do not accept one or two week bookings in February or March.
Each individual booking attracts an Association Fee and its own cleaning fee.

For monthly rentals you may want an extra clean and you can arrange that with our representative on site. This breaks down as $80.00 for the clean and $40.00 for the linen service.

Deposits.
A Security Deposit of $500.00 will be required for each monthly booking at the time you reserve.
This has two functions..first it secures your booking and second, it can be used to offset accidental damage to furnishings and fittings during your stay. Your deposit will be returned to you within 3 weeks.
To protect us against the loss of a booking, this deposit becomes non-returnable 8 weeks before your rental begins.

A Rental Deposit of one third of the total rental costs will be required 8 weeks prior to your rental start date and the balance 4 weeks prior to the rental start date.
One and two week bookings will be required to be paid in full 8 weeks prior to the rental start date.
